1. Service Agreement

Fedoka Dibef provides specialized packaging containers for durian farmers and agricultural businesses in Malaysia. Our services include manufacturing, customization, and delivery of packaging solutions.

2. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing is provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may vary based on specifications, quantity, and delivery location. Custom orders require detailed specifications and may have different pricing structures.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date for established customers. New customers may require advance payment or payment on delivery. We accept bank transfers, company checks, and approved credit arrangements.

4. Delivery and Risk

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules and logistics. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. We provide delivery services across Sabah with additional charges for remote locations.

5. Product Specifications

Our packaging products are designed for agricultural use, specifically for durian storage and transport. Specifications are provided with each order. Custom modifications are available upon request and may affect pricing and delivery times.

6. Quality Assurance

We maintain quality control standards for all products. Defective items will be replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been misused or damaged through normal agricultural operations.

7. Limitations and Warranties

Our products are warranted for normal agricultural use. We are not liable for indirect damages, crop losses, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of replacement products.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, and proprietary information remain the property of Fedoka Dibef. Customers may not reproduce or distribute our designs without written permission.

9. Cancellation Policy

Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Cancellation fees may apply for orders in production.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
